In Vienna’s exclusive 19th municipal district, Moser Architects planned and realised a semi-detached single-family home with 590 sq m of living space. The building was adapted in great detail to comply with the client’s individual requests and the particular topography of the plot.
Bright rooms due to ample daylight.
The property comprises its own garden, which is invisible from outside and features a two-level sandy terrace, a spacious swimming-pool installed flush with the ground and a winter-proof guesthouse. The main building disposes of three storeys with large window fronts and another protected roof terrace disclosing a sweeping panorama of Vienna.
Generous rooms for optimum living comfort.
The electric steel gate provides access to the two-car garage without requiring the driver to get out of the vehicle. At the ground level, kitchen, dining room and living room are connected by a passage - hence featuring an open design – and directly adjoin the terrace. The gallery with glass balustrade discloses an unhampered view of the natural space outside as well as of the dining room below.
