Moser Development is the youngest of our three divisions and was set up with the intention of being able to realise our own, investor-independent construction projects. Due to the company’s property development licence, Moser Architects is authorised to handle and realise construction projects ranging from traditional architectural and general planning tasks to turnkey project implementation.
In addition to the firm’s architectural competencies, this division can therefore offer complete solutions that comprise the commissioning of building contractors as well as planning and construction services. The difference that distinguishes us from “traditional” architectural firms lies in the fact that a civil engineering licence does not entitle its holder to implement construction services.
