We are looking for a GP project manager to handle interesting projects as a general planner in the healthcare sector.
As a project manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of architecturally interesting projects in all project phases. Through your dedicated approach, you will manage and control deadlines, costs and project quality in such a way that the set project goals are optimally achieved. You will lead and coordinate the project team with skill and foresight to achieve the best possible result.
To achieve optimal solutions, you structure your tasks consistently and efficiently. You think and act entrepreneurially and are used to dealing with projects and complex, unusual processes. Working in interdisciplinary project teams is an additional strength of yours.
Our requirements:
- Completed degree in Architecture
- Experience with projects in the healthcare sector, e.g. hospital, radiology, nursing home, etc.
- At least 10 years of experience as a project manager in general planning
- Routine in the coordination of specialist planners
- Business-fluent written and spoken German skills (other language skills are of advantage)
- Organizational talent including team leadership qualities
The salary is in accordance with the collective agreement KV5/5. Market-compliant overpayment guaranteed depending on qualifications and experience. Business expenses are paid separately.
