A new health park for Hietzing.
The vision for the master plan of Hospital Hietzing focuses on the harmonious integration of a central, highly-specialized, compact newly-built complex into a generous, bright, and pleasant park area open to the public. The building is structured to accommodate all essential hospital functions, such as out-patient treatment centers, a central surgical area, intensive and general care units, social services facilities, and administration. Furthermore, there is the possibility of adding secondary buildings, such as a patient hotel, specialized medical centers, doctors’ and therapeutic offices, as well as research institutions.
