The project in Medlergasse consists of an apartment building with 4 residential units of different typologies and sizes as well as an underground garage with 5 parking spaces. The tranquil building in solid construction features well-proportioned window openings, bay windows and balconies or terraces. The curtain wall stone façade on the first floor is finished in a subtle light gray/beige tone and the full thermal insulation façade on the floors above in white. The aluminum windows in anthracite gray are deliberately set off from the light façade.
