About

General refurbishment of Austria's largest emergency hospital.
In the years 2006 to 2015, the Meidling Emergency Hospital (now Vienna Trauma Center) was completely renovated. Aftercare and physiotherapy were relocated to the ground floor, and an emergency floor with an initial examination/shock room/surgery/laboratory and ICU as well as the radiology center with MR, CT and conventional X-ray was set up on the first floor. 5 wards were completely refurbished and a new special class ward was built. The food supply area was reorganized and laboratories, the lecture and conference wing and administrative offices were relocated and redesigned.
