Levelled-up living: split-level housing.
The project on Nachreihengasse is divided into two structures, each with 18 apartments and a shared underground parking garage. The development structure is oriented to the naturally sloping terrain of the site and responds to this with a split-level structure in the architectural design. All apartments are equipped with outdoor spaces, and there are also community roof terraces on both buildings. The single- and double-leaf "French" windows in the apartments allow for plenty of light, view and close-by green space.
