A new landmark for the city.

With its form and design, the intertwined tower will be an independent and prominent building sculpture with a geometry harmonizing interior and exterior views and opening the panorama on the green landscape and water areas on the opposite sides from all functional units accommodated within the building. The concentration of the building shell into an intertwined tripartite sculpture leaves abundant space for landscaping in the entrance area and facing north. Due to the ostentatious outline the entrances are clearly visible. The design consists of three buildings which, however, are united to a closed and harmonic structure in the upper part.
