The project is a newly built office building with adjacent packaging facility and attached storage hall. The office building also accommodates two meeting rooms and a spacious seminar room with multi-media equipment and a reception lounge.
Elaborate Interiors with Black & White Contrasts.
Its design follows a distinct color concept with strict black-and-white contrasts in both its outer and inner appearance, such as black window and door profiles separated by spacious white wall elements, tiles in shepherd’s check, and black carpeting with floral leaf patterns.
Structural Glazing with Insulating Cladding.
The street front features structural glazing with multi-layered insulating cladding and a white company logo shining against the black background of the printed glass.
