The project is divided into a in the Gründerzeit built street wing and two courtyard wings, which hold a total of 94 apartments. Each apartment has an outdoor space, whether in the form of a balcony, terrace, garden or roof garden. In keeping with the history of the building, the colors and materials chosen give a new, modern interpretation to the classic industrial style. New and old buildings differ in their use to emphasize the design elements in the high-quality, reddish brick façade elements.
