A comprehensive expansion for Vienna International Airport.
The modernization of the Vienna Airport included some alterations and additions, which included the construction of two terminals, the extension of the Southern Pier and a land link between terminal and transit zones. The horizontal structuring of the façade symbolizes the high dynamic of the new terminal building. Several entranceways on both levels organize the traffic routing and are dimensioned for increased passenger flow. The traffic structure and the new porch connect the old and new structures and reflect the „one roof concept“.
