The solidly built single-family house consists of a dug basement, a ground floor and an upper floor with a total of 464 m² of floor space. On the ground floor the living and dining area as well as the kitchen are arranged; the entrance is completed by a vestibule. On the upper floor are the bedrooms with the bathrooms and closets. In the backyard, there is a terrace accessible from the living room, with a pool and a pool house at the back of the property. The square floor plan, the tent roof and the high windows are reminiscent of a Mediterranean house style.
