Providing centralized high-end research faciltities for the whole range of clinical needs.
This new center will act as a hub for several basic sciences and university clinics of Vienna General Hospital and the Medical University of Vienna. Core facilities will provide easy access to state-of-the-art high-end equipment and cutting-edge technologies. The goal is to link basic science with the clinic and to jointly develop new research and clinical study projects. To this end, the center will connect a closed chain from experimental laboratory testing to clinical phase I/II research in one building.
