The project in Wiedner Hauptstraße shines with innovative measures in terms of energy and environment, which contribute to the reduction of the CO2 footprint. The building - consisting of 63 residential units, office spaces and an outpatient center - features a horticultural design of the open spaces as well as flat roofs with extensive greening. In addition to open spaces for general use, all apartments have a terrace or balcony. Also, there is an urban gardening area in the accessible and bicycle-friendly complex.
