A loving homage to modernism, minimalism and absolute clarity.
In Vienna’s 19th municipal district, we planned and realized a semi-detached single-family home with 590 m² of living space. The building was adapted in great detail to comply with the client’s individual requests and the particular topography of the plot. The property has a back garden, which features a two-level sandy terrace, a spacious swimming-pool and a winter-proof guesthouse. The main building consists of three floors with large window fronts and another protected roof terrace disclosing a sweeping panorama of Vienna.
